Each doorset blade is constructed from channels from 1.5 mm galvanised steel sheet with inverted top and the bottom channels welded to internal face. Each door blade is fully bonded with cellular honeycomb core providing an overall thickness of 45mm all door blades are adequately re-enforced for necessary hardware.

Leaf Construction

Structural honeycomb has the highest strength to weight ratio(in a sandwitch format) of any known material teh core is internally laminated to face sheets reinforcing the door evry 5mm thus offering excellent impact resistance together with flat surface .
